TRAC Worldwide engineers and manufactures critical control systems for oil and gas applications. Sand WASP
Sand WASP – Self-Contained Hydraulic Wellhead Safety Control
Sand WASP is a fully integrated, theft-resistant hydraulic wellhead control system designed for remote wells without permanent power. Its built-in manual hydraulic pumps operate surface and subsurface safety valves, while high/low pressure sensing, fire detection, and adjustable sequential shutdown provide reliable well protection. Optional features include remote ESD, fusible plug connections, solenoid shutdown, and SCADA/RTU monitoring.
Available for control of 1 or 2 SSV´s and optional 2nd Pump for SCSSV.
Digger WASP
Digger WASP – Self-Contained Electro-Hydraulic Wellhead Control
Digger WASP is a self-contained electro-hydraulic wellhead safety control system designed for remote wells with 12/24 VDC power. Its integrated hydraulic pump operates surface and subsurface safety valves, while high/low pressure sensing, fire detection, and adjustable sequential shutdown ensure reliable well protection. Optional features include remote ESD, solenoid shutdown, fusible plug connections, and SCADA/RTU monitoring.
Available for control of 1 or 2 SSV´s.
Black WASP
Black WASP – Compact, Self-Contained Wellhead Safety Control
Black WASP is a compact, theft-resistant hydraulic wellhead control system designed for remote wells without permanent power. Using a shared portable hydraulic pump, it controls surface and subsurface safety valves while providing high/low pressure sensing, fire detection, and adjustable sequential shutdown. Optional features include remote ESD, solenoid shutdown, and SCADA/RTU monitoring.
Available for Control of 1 or 2 SSV´s.
Blue Wing WASP
Blue Wing – Smart Electro-Hydraulic Wellhead Control
Blue Wing is a rugged electro-hydraulic wellhead automation and safety panel featuring an integrated hydraulic pump and a 7-inch multilingual HMI. It provides intuitive valve control, shutdown diagnostics, pressure trending, and event logging. Standard Modbus Serial and TCP/IP (Ethernet) communication and optional remote monitoring and control capabilities, including optional web server functionality and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Available for Control of up to 3 SSV´s + Analog Chokes (Modbus Digital or Hardwired).
Blue Wing-E WASP
Blue Wing-E – 100% Electric Wellhead Automation & Safety Control
Blue Wing-E is a compact, 100% electric wellhead control system designed for Intelligent Electrical Actuators used with master, surface safety, wing, and analog choke valve applications. Its 10-inch multilingual HMI provides pressure visualization, shutdown diagnostics, graphical trending, and event logging. Standard Modbus Serial and TCP/IP (Ethernet) communication, optional remote monitoring and control, and an internal battery backup enhance operational reliability in demanding oil and gas environments.
Bald WASP
The Bald WASP Self-Contained Air-Driven Hydraulic Wellhead Safety Control
The Bald WASP is a cost-effective solution for wellhead valve control with a self-contained hydraulic source and High / Low pressure sensors, fire detection and local shutdown. The system is equipped with an Air-Driven pump with Manual backup to open the actuator of the Surface Safety Valve (WV or MV/SSV) and at the same time provide pressure to the Hydraulic Control circuit. Optional Remote ESD, Fuse Plug ports, Solenoid Valve shut-in and Monitoring Instrumentation (SCADA-RTU) are available.
